Pyrenees Shire Council is seeking community feedback on its customer service.

The aim of the Customer Service Survey is to:

  • Gain valuable insight into the customer experience
  • Discover how the community feels about our service
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Celebrate what we do well and build on these strengths

Alternatively, you can obtain a printed copy of the survey at Council offices in Beaufort, at our Resource Centres in Beaufort and Avoca, or at our Mobile Library. To request a copy to be sent by email or post, call 1300 797 363. If none of these options suit, we are happy to help you fill in the survey over the phone.
